With the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, returns will not be offered.
That being said, if the item you recieve is incorrect or arrives damaged, please feel free to email us with your number order and relevant images/videos at info@andrewscardshop.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation for you!
You may request your order be cancelled any time until it is shipped, but cancellations will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover a payment processing fee that we are charged with when the transaction was originally made.
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We currently only ship within the US. For Pre-Order items, please read the items description for information on when those items will ship.
When ordering a Pre-Order item, all other items in the cart will be shipped along with the Pre-Order item. If your Pre-Order item is to ship in 5 weeks, that means all other items in your cart will also ship in 5 weeks. If you would like your remaining items to arrive sooner, please create a new cart to make a separate purchase.
